Where do the photos take place?
The photos will be taken outdoors, where kids are typically the most comfortable. Before Picture Day, we will schedule a time to tour the facility to find the perfect shaded location with natural indirect sunlight.
What is the timeline of the whole process?
About one week prior to Picture Day, parents will receive pre-order instructions to order prints via our no-touch online system. Orders will close 1 day before Picture Day. Picture Day will take 1-2 days depending on the enrollment size. Within 2-4 weeks, products will be hand-delivered to the school and passed out to the students.
What products do you offer?
Single-pose collections of traditional prints up to 8x10 are most requested, along with Fun Packs (door hangers + tags) and photo magnets. Fine Art singular prints up to size 16x20 are also available along with canvases and high resolution digital downloads. Each school will have the option to take class photos. Faculty ID cards are complimentary.
Can I bring my whole family?
Sibling poses are welcome so long as they attend the same school! If you’d like a full family session, you can book them here or email hello@karenw.photos. All Personality School Portrait families receive a discount on family sessions.
What's the cost?
The school does not pay anything up front. We offer a variety of collections and a la carte items to suit every family’s needs.
